GUELMA SUGAR PLANT (ALGERIA)
An automation system was designed and implemented for Guelma Sugar Plant (Algeria), which allowed to unite devices of third-party manufacturers, which allowed to collect data from the entire plant and ensure uninterrupted operation of the entire system.
The system operates in a robotized and digitalized mode almost completely excludes the human factor in managing the process, allowed to reduce the cost of auxiliary materials, increase the output of the finished product by 3%, and ultimately significantly increase production efficiency. The main functions performed by the system include monitoring, control and optimization of technological parameters, data exchange, processing, accumulation and storage of information, generation of alarms, construction of graphs and reports.
A dispatching system for the electric mechanisms of the plant was implemented, which made it possible to make decisions on the need for regular or unscheduled maintenance of engines.
